John Hadyniak wins the 2005 ECS Corvette Challenge Top 4 Race

July 13,2005 - Englishtown, NJ - East Coast Supercharging Corvette Challenge presented by Romar Fabrication had the Top 4 Racers partcipate at The 35th Annual P.C. Richard & Son Summer Motorsports Spectacular. The Top 4 points racers where able to show their skills in front of thousands of spectators. This is a night that the drivers and spectators will always remember.
Your participants were:
- Ralph Savarese, Mahopac, NY
- Rob Farley, Toms River, NJ
- Chris Young, Carmel, NY
- John Hadyniak, Carteret, NJ
First round had Chris Young up against Rob Farley. Rob decided to dial soft against Chris but lost the race at the finish line due to wheel spin at the starting line. Rob dialed a 13.71 against Chris Young's 11.48. Chris hit the stripe first while on the brakes with a 11.51 to Rob's 13.75. Ralph Savarese was up against John Hadyniak in round one. Ralph hit the tree hard giving chase to John. Ralph was on the brakes but broke out by .07 giving the win to John. John had some wheel spin off the line but was able to over come the problem to run close to his dial.
