Bob Morgan & McGuire Chevrolet

Bob Morgan & McGuire Chevrolet

Corvette Challenge window sticker

Bob Morgan

Bob Morgan is a Corvette enthusiast who happens to be in the business of selling cars. By day Bob can be found at McGuire Chevrolet in Newton, NJ. McGuire is a full service GM dealership that not only sells Chevrolet Corvettes, but the full Chevy line as well as Cadillac, Oldsmobile and Isuzu.

Bob's Corvette is not your average Corvette. His 2000 Black Coupe has had extensive work done by series primary sponsor Cartek Racing. Bob has the "X" Package which has outfit his car with new ported heads, aggressive camshaft, LS6 intake and custom tuning performed by Cartek. Bob runs his car with Mickey Thompson ET Street tires and has managed a best ET of 11.23 @ 121.95 MPH. Bob is a lifelong Corvette enthusiast who got his love for Corvettes from his father, Bob Sr., who attends most events with him. Bob has owned every vintage from C1-C5 including 11 second 62 and 85 Vettes along with his 00. Bob's daily driver prior to the Y2K C5 was a 57 fuelie that he restored with the help of his father. "We are currently building a 57 Vette with a tube frame and C4 suspension" says Bob. Bob's favorite Corvettes will always be the 57's although he loves them all. When not at work or working on the other Vettes (which is not very often), Bob can be found hitting a little white ball around one the many fine golf courses in Sussex County. When you see Bob at the track or on the greens be sure and say hello and "Thank You" for supporting our series.

McGuire Chevrolet

McGuire Chevrolet is owned by Mike McGuire. McGuire is located 41-15 Route 206, Newton, NJ and the phone number is 973-383-1300. Mike is also a Corvette enthusiast like Bob. Mike recently had a lifelong dream fulfilled with the purchase of his first Vette... a 1968 427/390 4spd. Roadster with air. We look forward to meeting Mike and seeing this his dream Roadster at one of the Corvette Challenges in the near future. McGuire's looks forward to being your Corvette "source" for parts, sales and service. Look for McGuire's to run promotions throughout the year.

Mike and Bob are responsible for the static cling window stickers that are given free to all drivers of the Corvette Challenge. If you do not have one on your car or cars, be sure to see Bob Morgan or Edgar Perez at the next Event.

Deals for Corvette Challenge participants

Bob and McGuire Chevrolet will provide Corvette Challenge drivers with specials and deals throughout the year. This will include a finders fee for drivers who recommend a customer who purchases a vehicle from McGuire. Please see the Rules Home Page prizes section to see what Bob and McGuire Chevrolet are currently offering.
