CFM Racing returns as Associate Sponsor for 2003

CFM Racing will again support the Corvette Challenge Drag Racing Series for 2003 as an associate sponsor. Please join us in welcoming returning sponsor CFM.

2002 Associate Sponsor CFM Racing

CFM Racing, formed in late 2001 is a group of racers from Central/South New Jersey.

Chris Coriell, Frank Schear and Mike Moran got together to show their support in the 2002 Corvette Challenge series by forming this organization.

CFM Racing logo CFM is not a club, it's more a state of mind, an attitude.  That attitude is that cars were meant to be driven.  We are not professional racers, but drivers who love to race. We choose a safe and legal way to race every weekend at Old Bridge Township Raceway Park.  It is our second home.

We promote safe and legal drag racing in an attempt to keep people from illegal street racing, which is dangerous to spectators as well as participants.

We also have the belief in modifying our cars as needed for our activities. Some of the work is done by ourselves and some are farmed out to other tuners. Either way, we can give advice on what works and what doesn't.  We have tested some products and those we haven't we can put you in touch with those who have.

Mike Moran, a veteran of the Corvette Challenge series since 1999 drives a 1969 Daytona Yellow Corvette Coupe.  He is known as Mike69 on the Corvetteforum.

Frank Schear, involved as a sponsor of the series since 2000 will be racing his 1993 Torch Red Corvette Coupe and occasionally his 1995 Torch Red Corvette Coupe. He is known as Mr Mojo on the Corvetteforum where he also is a moderator.  Frank has also been a featured racer on the Corvette Challenge web pages and you can read about him at Mr Mojo

Chris Coriell started with the series in 2001 and races his 2001 Black Corvette Coupe and a 1999 Black Corvette Convertible.  He goes by Chris NJ C5 on the Corvetteforum.

Racing is fun and it is our hobby, come join us in our fun.  We have a fun filled schedule for 2002.  Be sure to check the events calendar also found in the Northeast section of the Corvetteforum.com.

See you at the track!

In 2002, Corvette Challenge racers can expect to see CFM Racing on the plaque of their first round winner trophies.  We thank CFM Racing for the continued support of the Corvette Challenge.  For those that are not aware, Frank Schear has been a sponsor of the Corvette Challenge for each of the four years in which the Challenge has been in existence.  This is true support for which we can now be where we are without.  Be sure and visit Frank's web page at http://www.corvetteforum.net/c4/mrmojorisin.

CFM Racing returns for 2003

Frank Schear continues as the sole member of CFM Racing supporting the Corvette Challenge.

Thank you Frank.
